“BABY COME BACK RIBS” IS IN:

BABY COME BACK RIBS
1/4 cup brown sugar
a tablespoon hot salt (or to taste)
3 tablespoons of pepper
3 tablespoons chili powder
BBQ sauce
6-10 tablespoons brandy
Rack of baby backs
charcoal
white wine
Tinfoil pan

Mix dry ingredients with a fork very well (I use a magic bullet blender). Add brandy.

Tear membrane off of the back of ribs. Pat ribs dry; let set until they are room temperature. If moist, pat dry again.

Take mixture and rub ribs with hands. Coat thickly, then with HANDS pound mixture in.

Put charcoal on each side of grill. When ready and coals are hot, spread coals all around grate and set the tin pan on top of them in the middle of the grate. Pour wine into pan until half full.

Find the coolest spot on the grill and place the ribs, bone side down. Wait 15-30 minutes and brush BBQ sauce. Then flip to the middle of the grill right over the wine. Brush other side with sauce. Close grill, check every 15 minutes, adding more BBQ and flipping as needed. Should take about 1 hour to 90 minutes.

I know someone who has a BBQ restaurant and he wants this recipe. But I'll give it to you instead.
