1 stick butter
1 lg. can sliced peaches
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. milk

Melt butter in oblong cake pan on stove or in microwave, pour in peaches (juice and all). Mix remaining ingredients in small mixing bowl. This will be a thin cake mix consistency. Pour over peaches and butter in pan. Sprinkle with nutmeg/cinnamon and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with ice cream.
