CABBAGE SOUP 
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
1 lg. head cabbage, diced thin
1 lg. onion
4-6 beef bouillon cubes
Salt and pepper
Leftover beef, ham or Polish sausage, sliced

Put tomatoes, cabbage, onion, bouillon, salt and pepper in pot and add water to cover. Cook on high until cabbage is tender, about 20 minutes. Add leftover meat or sausage last 5 minutes.
