TURKEY LOAF 
Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Makes 4 main-course servings. 284 calories, 14 gm fat, 644 mg sodium, 144 mg cholesterol.

1 lb. ground turkey
1 c. herb-seasoned stuffing
1/2 c. finely chopped parsley
2 ribs finely chopped celery
1 lg. pared finely grated carrot
1 sm. finely chopped onion
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 egg, slightly beaten

Preheat oven. Mix together all ingredients. Shape into loaf; bake in a pan sprayed with cooking spray such as Pam.
