HAMBURGER CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. VERY lean ground beef, or ground round 1 onion OR 3 tsp. dry Lipton onion soup mix 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 lb. bag frozen tater tots 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese Sm. to med. casserole dish Place raw hamburger across bottom of casserole dish, peel or slice onion over the top (or) sprinkle the dry soup mix over top of the meat. Then spread the mushroom soup on top of the onions. Place the tater tots on top of the soup and top with the cheese. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 400 degrees. To double, use a 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan. |
