EVELYN'S HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 can (16 oz.) green beans
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
3 med. sliced potatoes
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. cheese

Drain beans reserving 1/2 cup juice. Brown ground beef and onions in skillet, stirring until crumbly. Place potatoes in greased 9x10 baking dish.

Spoon beef over potatoes. Combine beans and garlic in bowl, spoon over ground beef. Combine soup and bean juice, spread over beans. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. 6 servings.
