CABBAGE-BEEF CASSEROLE | |
1 - 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef (raw) 1/2 - 1 head cabbage, shredded 2 potatoes, sliced 1 lg. onion, chopped 1 can cheddar cheese soup (with a little water) Mash meat in bottom of oblong deep casserole dish, add cabbage, potatoes, onion and cover with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours. |
