CHILI JOHN'S CHILI 
3/4 lb. suet, fry out grease & save
1 lb. ground chuck, brown in suet grease

Simmer 20 minutes. Stir in 3 cups water and simmer for 2 more hours.

1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. oregano
1 tbsp. red pepper
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
4 oz. chili powder

Add all seasoning to meat and simmer for 5 hours. Beans and spaghetti may be added if desired.
