RABBIT CHILI 
1 boneless rabbit
3 tbsp. suet or lard
2 (1 lb.) can chili or kidney beans
2 (1 lb.) cans tomatoes
2 med. onions, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 cloves minced garlic
3 tbsp. chili powder (or to taste)
1 tsp. cumin powder
Salt & pepper to taste

Rabbit - meat cut into bite size chunks. Good way to use a mature rabbit.

Brown meat, onions and pepper in suet. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until tender. (If too thick, slowly add boiling water to required consistency during simmering.)
