SHREDDED PORK SANDWICHES | |
Yummy and super easy! pork roast (a very inexpensive cut of meat) salt and pepper, to taste 2 cups salsa (any type) 1/2 cup apricot jelly or jam (optional; add to Crock for a sweeter flavor) Pour a little water into the bottom of the Crock-Pot; add pork roast and season with salt, pepper. Pour 2 cups of any type of salsa over roast - cover and cook about 8 hours. Shred pork when its finished - you can put into tortillas with cheese and any other toppings you'd like for a great shredded pork taco or put into hamburger buns for a shredded pork sandwich.
