BEEF & CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. lean ground beef
3 c. finely shredded cabbage
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. uncooked long grain rice
2 packets Sweet 'n Low
1 1/4 c. water
1/8 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In medium size non stick skillet, brown beef and onion; drain fat. Transfer beef and onion to 2 1/2 quart casserole and combine with remaining ingredients. Bake, covered about 45 minutes.
