2 lbs. small Smokies sausages
2/3-3/4 cup Kentucky bourbon
1 tbsp. fresh minced onion
1 tsp. fresh minced garlic
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cups ketchup (Hunts)
pinch salt

Combine all ingredients and simmer for 1 hour. Serve hot.

This is a good recipe for a small Crock-Pot and is a favorite when guests are coming over to watch sporting events on TV.
