CREAMY BLUE CHEESE DRESSING 
2 oz. blue cheese
6 tbsp. evaporated milk
1 tbsp. malt vinegar
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 pt. mayonnaise

Add 1 tablespoon milk to crumbled blue cheese and cream thoroughly. Add remaining milk and other ingredients. Blend until smooth and creamy.
