BLUE CHEESE DRESSING WITH COGNAC 
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1/4 lb. blue cheese, crumbled
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. minced onion
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp. cognac

Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, blue cheese. Add rest and whisk until semi-smooth. Makes 2 cups.
