BLUE CHEESE DRESSING 
1 (8 oz.) carton plain yogurt
2 tbsp. crumbled blue cheese
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. celery seed
Dash of hot pepper sauce

Combine yogurt, half of the blue cheese, sugar, celery seed, and hot sauce. Beat with rotary beater until smooth. Stir in the remaining blue cheese. Cover and chill. 13 calories per tablespoon. Yield: 1 cup.
