BLUE CHEESE DRESSING 
1/3 c. packed blue cheese
1/2 c. plain low fat yogurt
1/3 c. lite sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste

Crumble blue cheese in small bowl and mash in yogurt with fork. Stir in sour cream. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Use right away or cover and refrigerate up to 5 days or so.
