STRAWBERRY ICING 
3 cups confectioners' sugar
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
3 tbsp. milk
a handful of fresh strawberries

Beat softened butter in a medium sized bowl. Sift in confectioners' sugar and add milk. Blend up the strawberries, and add in 1 teaspoon. Beat until stiff peaks form.

ADJUSTMENT TIPS:

• If too hard, add in more milk.
• If too runny, add in more sugar.
• If there isn't enough flavor, add in more strawberries, about a 1/2 teaspoon at a time.
