PEAR SALAD 
1 lg. can pears, drained (save 1 c. juice)
1 sm. pkg. lime Jello
1 lg. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
2 tbsp. milk
1 c. whipping cream, whipped

Heat 1 cup pear juice to boiling and pour over Jello to dissolve. Mix cream cheese with milk and add to hot Jello and stir. Cool. When mixture is syrupy, add mashed pears and fold in whipped cream. Put in salad bowl mold to set.
