LIME PEAR SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) box lime Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 c. pear juice
5 or 6 pear halves
6 oz. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Prepare Jello using the boiling water and pear juice. Place drained pears in a mixing bowl and beat until mushy. Soften cream cheese and add to pears and mix well. Add cooled Jello to pear mixture, then fold in Cool Whip. Place in a mold and refrigerate until set. (Can use apricots and apricot Jello.)
