LIME AND PEAR SALAD 
1 lg. pkg. lime Jello
1 lg. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 lg. can pears, drained (reserve juice)
2 1/2 c. pear juice (add water to make 2 1/2 c.)
1 lg. carton Cool Whip

Heat pear juice and pour over Jello. Stir well until dissolved. Add cream cheese. Beat until smooth. Let set partially. Fold in Cool Whip and pears. Place in mold.
