HOLIDAY LIME PEAR SALAD 
1 sm. box (3 oz.) lime Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 c. pear juice
5 or 6 pear halves
6 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. Cool Whip

Prepare Jello using the boiling water and pear juice. Place drained pears in mixing bowl and beat until mushy. Soften cream cheese and add pears and mix well. Add cooled Jello to pear mixture, then fold in Cool Whip. Place in a mold and refrigerate until set.
