MOLDED LIME PEAR SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) box lime Jello
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 lg. can pears, drain & save liquid
1 c. whipping cream

Dissolve Jello in 1 cup of hot pear juice. Mash pears that you have drained well. Blend softened cream cheese with small amount of milk and add to the hot Jello. Mix well. Let set until thick. Add mashed pears to Jello. Beat whipping cream and fold Jello mixture into it. Chill. A ring mold or individual molds can be used. Serves: 8 to 10.
