MOLDED LIME SALAD 
1 sm. pkg. lime Jello
1 c. hot water
1/2 c. cottage cheese
1 c. heavy cream, whipped or 2 c. commercial whipped topping
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
1/2 c. maraschino cherries, halved (opt.)

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Fold cottage cheese and drained pineapple into Jello. Add walnuts and cherries. Then fold in whipped cream. Pour into mold and refrigerate several hours. Serves 10.
