PINEAPPLE LIME GELATIN MOLD WITH
CRAB SALAD
 
2 pkgs. lime gelatin
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. pineapple juice or enough water to fill cup
1/4 c. lemon juice

SALAD:

1 lb. crabmeat
1 can (1 lb. 4 1/2 oz.) pineapple tidbits
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt

1. Make Jello and fill circle ring mold.

2. Mix salad mixture together.

3. Put salad in center of mold, placing all on greens. Serves 6.
