DECADENT PINEAPPLE LIME GELATIN
SALAD
 
2 small boxes Sugarfree lime Jello
1 large can Dole or Liberty crushed pineapple, in it's own juice
2 cups buttermilk
1/3 cup finely chopped pecans

Bring pineapple with juice to boil in saucepan. Dissolve gelatin in pineapple well. Remove from heat. Add buttermilk and stir until well mixed. Add pecans and stir. Spray 8-inch square glass pan with Canola non-stick spray and pour gelatin mixture into pan.

(For thinner salad servings, may use 9 X 13-inch glass baking dish.)
