PEAR SEAFOAM SALAD | |
29 oz. canned pears 3 oz. lime Jello 2 tsp. cream 6 oz. cream cheese 1 c. heavy cream, whipped Drain and mash pears, reserving all juice. Heat juice (1 cup) with Jello to dissolve; cool. Beat 2 teaspoons cream and cream cheese until smooth, add to Jello and cool until slightly thick. Fold whipped cream and drained, mashed pears into Jello mixture. Turn into a mold and refrigerate until set. |
