PEAR SEAFOAM SALAD 
29 oz. canned pears
3 oz. lime Jello
2 tsp. cream
6 oz. cream cheese
1 c. heavy cream, whipped

Drain and mash pears, reserving all juice. Heat juice (1 cup) with Jello to dissolve; cool.

Beat 2 teaspoons cream and cream cheese until smooth, add to Jello and cool until slightly thick.

Fold whipped cream and drained, mashed pears into Jello mixture. Turn into a mold and refrigerate until set.

I cut my pears instead of mashing them. I also use a container of Cool Whip, DAIRY. 3 drops green food coloring. Add some mini-marshmallows and some Maraschino cherries.
