PEAR GELATIN SALAD 
1 (29 oz.) canned pears
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 c. whipping cream
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
2 tbsp. cream

Drain pears, set fruit aside. Heat 1 cup of pear juice. Add Jello and stir until dissolved. Chill until partially set.

Soften cream cheese with the cream and add to Jello. Beat with mixer until smooth. Add mashed pears.
