Thank you for your recipe! It had all the basic information I was looking for. I modified to my taste: marinated Asian style; after rolling in spiced-up flour, I sprayed with PAM. Placed chicken on a rack in the baking pan. The chicken was cooked thru but moist. Thanks!

I fixed this for my husband a few nights ago and we are already having it again! He asked me how I managed to fry chicken without a fryer! I told him that the recipe is just so good that the chicken tastes fried when it's not! I added chili flakes to it to add some zing and WOW, this is my new favorite recipe! Thank you so much for sharing it. :)

I have made a variation of this whenever I didn't have time to fry the chicken. But its also a lot healthier since you don't add the oil. Around our house, this is called "Faux Fried Chicken".

As this is the first time I'm baking drumsticks, I know some recipes call to take the skin off of the drumstick. Did any one try it either way or did everyone leave the skin on? Thanks!

This turned out really well, the skin was nice and crispy. I added Cajun to give it a bit of kick. This was very flavorful.

They are in the oven. Smells GREAT! I used chickpea flour instead of all-purpose. Just thinking, should I flip them over... Let me go check.
