With all the positive reviews I'm going to try this tonite! It's baking right now! I took the skin off (bummer; but trying real hard to lose weight) & didn't use flour. Hopefully it'll still be moist & tender.

I read so many good reviews that I tried this one tonite. It turned out great! This is esp. notable, because I am trying to lose weight, so I took all that lovely skin off the drum sticks...& didn't coat them with flour.. (Sigh). I marinaded them for 3 hrs in fresh ground pepper, soy sauce, curry & a little bit of Italian seasoning. I did spray the pieces with a bit of olive oil before baking, & also when I flipped them over half way thru baking. There must have been enough juice & fat left over; that they turned out to be moist & yummy. I was totally pleased..almost (not quite) to the point of not missing the skin! LOL! Enjoy the day & the recipe everyone!

GREAT recipe! Added 1/4th tsp of chilli powder to mine, gave it a great kick of flavor. Husband and I both love it. Will be something I will be making more often!

Tried it with HOL GRAIN Chicken Coating Mix (organic section of grocery store) wheat free/gluten free. Dipped chicken legs in water then mix. Spayed the pan with Olive Oil Spray; they were delicious! The coating has a bit of a peppery kick to it.

I never buy chicken legs but my neighbor was moving and gave me a large pack, so while they were packing I quick cooked half of them and invited them to lunch. I did remove the skin as its really not healthy. They turned out great but not really crunchy. The next time I did them I dipped them in butter milk instead of butter then the flour mixture about 10 minutes before being done if there was any flour showing I sprayed the spots with pan, turned out real crunchy. Thanks so easy. Next time I'll try thighs or breasts

In the oven right now, smells great. No salt, added crushed potato chips to the mix, hope it tastes as good as it smells.

Yummy and so easy. I took the skin off the drumsticks first and added chipotle flakes, onion powder and increased all the ingredients.

Tried it for the first time today. Great recipe, I was a bit worried that my chicken wouldn't finish cooking since I had 8 drumsticks but they were very good and moist. Will recommend it to my family and cook it again next week.

Giving 5 stars, because that's how I felt after the kids gobbled up their chicken tonight. I am a single dad whos kids want their food to actually taste good. (weird) 2 nights ago there was chicken left over, tonight they were making deals for the last piece. Thank you
