CREAM CHEESE PECAN PIE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 beaten egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. pecans, chopped
2 (10 in.) unbaked pie shells

Topping:
3 eggs
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. light corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream together softened cream cheese, sugar, beaten egg, salt, and vanilla. Spread over bottom of pie shells. Sprinkle pecans evenly over cream cheese layer. Combine all topping ingredients and beat until smooth. Pour over pecan layer. Bake 35 to 45 minutes at 375 degrees. Serve warm with whipped cream.

This is really good but I prefer to refrigerate the pie after cooking... I've eaten it warm and chilled and for me it's more delicious after it's been chilled... Like a creamy, gooey candy with a little crunch... So good!
