Hi Linda, I would like to make this recipe, but in this country we do not have Cool Whip. Are you able to advise what Cool Whip is and then I maybe able to substitute what is available here.

 Daniel (Texas) replies:
Muriel, you can use whipped cream as a substitute for cool whip!

I made this and it was good, but it tasted more like sour cream than like a cheesecake. So if you are expecting cheesecake flavored like a restaurant, this recipe is not for you. It was still pretty tasty though, don't get me wrong!

This recipe tastes great and is super easy to make! The only thing I did different was I added a teaspoon of lemon juice to mello out the strong un-cooked vanilla flavor. Everyone loved it! Linda, you're a doll!

How long does this need to refrigerate? Sorry, I'm new to this. I've never prepared a dessert before in my life! Thanks in advance.

Instead of sour cream, I used raspberry yogurt, and instead of making a crust I used mini phyllo shells, and topped each cup with a blueberry. These came out amazing and were extremely easy!

I tried using light cream cheese and instead of whipped cream I replaced it with plain yogurt & adjust the sour cream in half so it won't over power the cream cheese. Better to use fresh fruits also to make it healthier. Thanks for sharing Linda.

This is my 6th time making it from this recipe. My family loves this to death, and there are 6 in the family, including me. We all eat it within 10 mins, and it's gone. Thank you so much!!

Great recipe! so easy to prepare and yet so absolutely delicious. Couldn't keep our hands off it. Just used whipping cream by mistake instead of whipped cream so it didn't set very well, but great taste wise. Will try it again with whipped cream.
