EASY CHEESECAKE 
An easy no-bake cheesecake your family is sure to love.

2 (8 oz. each) cream cheese (room temperature)
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 large or 2 small pie crusts (graham cracker)
1 can pie filling

Blend together cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, vanilla, until there are no lumps. Add cool whip and mix until well blended. Pour into pie crusts.

Refrigerate. Top with canned cherries or blueberry pie filling.

Very easy recipe. I substituted sour cream with Greek lemon yogurt, and vanilla extract with lemon extract. Also added lemon rind and yellow food color for effects. Topped with chocolate pudding. YUMMY!

I have made this cheesecake pie several times. Each time it is a hit! Someone just recently asked me how much would I charge him to make one. Believe it or not I have never tasted this pie, but I know it must be delicious. Many people have said that it is! The last time I add a squeeze of fresh lime juice. I forgot to add it to the pie I made today.

Made this for Christmas dessert. With fruitcake and pies on the menu I wanted something light. Everyone enjoyed it. Creamy and smooth with a hint of sweetness. I made my own graham cracker crust and baked it in 8-inch springform pan for depth. Topped it with a homemade strawberry sauce.

This is absolutely beyond yummmm. I didn't have cool whip which I don't use because of all the chemicals in it. Just made it without.

This is the first cheese pie [not even a cake] I ever made because all the other recipes were too complicated. It is easy and so yummy. Gonnna try Chocolate cream cheese and cherry topping next time. Totally yummy recipe. Thank you.

Great recipe! so easy to prepare and yet so absolutely delicious. Couldn't keep our hands off it. Just used whipping cream by mistake instead of whipped cream so it didn't set very well, but great taste wise. Will try it again with whipped cream.
