GLAZED CARROTS 
3 c. carrots, cooked and drained
1/4 c. butter
1/3 c. lite maple syrup
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. grated orange peel
Chopped parsley

Melt butter. Stir in syrup, ginger and peel. Pour glaze over carrots. Stir, garnish with parsley. Serves 4.
