GLAZED HAM BALLS 
1 pound ground cooked ham
3/4 cup soft bread crumbs
3/4 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/2 pound ground beef
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup maple flavored syrup
hot cooked rice

Combine ham, ground beef, bread crumbs and milk. Mix well. Shape into eighteen 1-1/2" meat balls. Place in 8 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350°F. for 20 minutes.

Combine pineapple juice, syrup and cornstarch in small saucepan. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Pour over meatballs. Bake 20 minutes longer. Serve over rice.

Makes 6 servings.

To use as party food on a buffet, make balls in minature size, serve in sauce and use toothpicks for serving.
