GLAZED HAM PIE 
1 lb. ground ham
1/3 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 eggs, beaten
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drain and reserve juice

Combine ham, crumbs, peppers, onion, mustard and eggs.

Measure 1/2 cup juice and 1/3 cup pineapple and add to meat mixture.

Place in a prepared, unbaked pie shell and bake 20 minutes. Cover with glaze (below) and bake 15 more minutes at 400 degrees. Cool 15 to 20 minutes and serve.

GLAZE:

1/4 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
Remaining pineapple juice

Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and heat until thickened. Spread over top of pie and bake.
