FRUIT PIZZA 
Crust:

3/4 c. butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. flour

Mix ingredients until crumbly. Pat into 12-inch round pizza pan.

Bake at 350°F for 10 to 15 minutes. Cool.

Filling:

8 oz. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla or almond flavoring
1 c. water or liquid from canned fruit
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice

Mix in saucepan. Stir over medium heat until it thickens and cool before spooning over fruit. Make sure to cover each piece of fruit with the sauce. Refrigerate and serve as pie slices.
