EASY STRAWBERRY PIE | |
1 (9 inch) baked pie shell 1 c. water 2/3 c. sugar 4 tbsp. corn starch 1 (4 serving size) pkg. sugar-free strawberry gelatin 1 qt. strawberries, washed and hulled Place water in a 1 quart micro-proof measure. Stir in sugar and corn starch. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 2 to 3 minutes or until boiling. Stir in gelatin until dissolved. Pour over berries in large bowl and toss together gently. Turn into baked pie shell. Chill several hours until set. |
