EASY STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 (9 inch) baked pie shell
1 c. water
2/3 c. sugar
4 tbsp. corn starch
1 (4 serving size) pkg. sugar-free strawberry gelatin
1 qt. strawberries, washed and hulled

Place water in a 1 quart micro-proof measure. Stir in sugar and corn starch. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 2 to 3 minutes or until boiling. Stir in gelatin until dissolved. Pour over berries in large bowl and toss together gently. Turn into baked pie shell. Chill several hours until set.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
