PEANUT BUTTER & JAM PIE | |
Another no-cook dessert that can be prepared ahead of your next meal. 1 quart ice cream (like vanilla or chocolate) 1 cup peanut butter 1 cup of your favorite jam (I like strawberry) 1 prepared graham cracker pie shell (Keebler or homemade) chocolate sauce or hot fudge topping (Smucker's) In a large bowl beat together slightly warmed ice cream and peanut butter. After it's whipped together, add the mixture to a graham cracker pie shell. Top with jam (or leave plain). Refreeze. When ready to serve, cut the pie into small slices and drizzle with chocolate sauce! Submitted by: Ken Burgess |
