SWEET & SOUR CHICKEN 
2 chickens, cut up and skinned
1 env. Lipton onion soup mix
1 jar apricot jam
1 bottle spicy Russian dressing

Place 2 cut-up chickens in shallow pan. Blend other three ingredients in a bowl and pour over chicken. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Serve with rice; pour sauce over rice.
