APRICOT CHICKEN 
6 chicken breasts
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 (10 oz.) jar apricot preserves
1 bottle spicy-sweet French salad dressing

Place chicken pieces skin side down in shallow baking dish. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour half over chicken. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn pieces over and pour the remaining sauce over the chicken. Continue baking another 30 minutes or until chicken is tender. Serve with hot rice.
