APRICOT CHICKEN 
Boned chicken breasts or legs, skin removed
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1 bottle Wishbone Russian dressing
1 (12 oz.) jar apricot jam or preserves

Mix together all ingredients except chicken. Place chicken in one layer in roasting pan. Pour mixture over chicken. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes or until done.

This mixture will cover 6 to 10 pieces of chicken depending on size. Note: For each cleaning, line bottom of pan with foil and cover with foil while baking.
