SHANGHI CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. ground meat
1 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic (optional)
1 tbsp. oil
2 c. sliced celery
2 cans mushroom soup
1 pkg. frozen vegetables, thawed
2 c. cooked rice
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. dry noodles

Brown meat, onions and garlic. Add celery, soup and thawed vegetables. Stir in rice and seasoning. Turn in 9 x 13 inch pan. Cover and bake 1 hour in 350 degree oven. Remove cover and top with noodles. Return to oven for 5 minutes. Makes 6-8 servings.
