SHANGHI CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground meat
1 c. chopped celery
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 can mushroom soup
2 c. cooked rice
Soy sauce to taste

Brown meat. Add celery and onion and cook slightly. Add soup, mixed vegetables, rice and soy sauce. Mix and put in casserole. Bake, 30 minutes at 350 degrees. The last 5 minutes cover with chow mein noodles.
