OREO COOKIE PIE 
20 oz. pkg. Oreos
2 (6 oz.) pkgs. chocolate pudding, instant
1/4 c. butter
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 lg. container Cool Whip

Prepare pudding and chill.

Crush Oreos; set aside a bit to sprinkle on top.

Spread crushed Oreos in a rectangular baking pan. Melt butter and pour over Oreos. Spread pudding over Oreos. Blend together cream cheese and Cool Whip then spread over pudding. Sprinkle remaining crushed Oreos on top. Keep refrigerated.
