BAKED LASAGNA 
1 lb. of ground beef
Lots of garlic
Lots of oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. red wine
2 (16 oz.) jars spaghetti sauce
1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste
1 pkg. of lasagna noodles
2 eggs
2 c. of cottage cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. parsley
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese

Brown the meat and drain the fat. Add the garlic, oregano, salt and wine. Add spaghetti sauce and tomato paste. Let simmer.

Cook noodles for about 5 minutes. Drain water and add cold water.

Combine eggs, cheeses, and parsley.

In greased 13 x 9 x 2 pan arrange a layer of noodles, spread a layer of cheese mixture, a layer of meat sauce, and a layer of Mozzarells. Repeat until all ingredients are used. Finish with a layer of meat sauce on top. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 35 minutes.
