BAKED LASAGNA 
1 pkg. lasagna noodles
2 lbs. ground beef
2 cloves garlic or salt
1/2 c. minced onion
1 lg. can tomato puree
10 to 16 oz. tomato sauce
Salt and pepper
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Mozzarella cheese
Cottage cheese or Ricotta cheese

Cook noodles in boiling water for about 1/2 hour. Brown ground beef with onion and garlic, low heat. Add tomato sauce, tomato puree, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and oregano. Cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes. Fill a greased casserole with alternating layers of noodles, sauce, cottage cheese and/or Mozzarella cheese. 3 layers of each. Be sure to cover all the noodles with sauce on the top layer. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
