BAKED TURKEY SALAD CASSEROLE | |
2 c. diced turkey, cooked 2 c. diced celery 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. minced onion 1/2 c. chopped pecans (opt.) 1 c. mayonnaise 2 tsp. lemon juice 1/2 c. sliced, stuffed olives 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese 1 c. finely crushed potato chips Combine all ingredients EXCEPT CHEESE AND POTATO CHIPS. Spoon into buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with combined cheese and potato chips. Bake in 375 degree oven for 20 minutes. This recipe can be made a week or so ahead of time and frozen. Thaw completely at room temperature before baking. (If you intend to prepare early, do not add cheese and chips before freezing.) |
