8 med. potatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. onion
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
Potato chip crumbs

In salted water, boil potatoes in jackets. When potatoes are done, peel them. Place in refrigerator and let cool. Next, cut them up and place in baking dish. Whip soup, sour cream, butter (melted), onions, and cheese. Mix together with potatoes. Sprinkle potato chip crumbs on top. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
