BAKED POTATO CASSEROLE 
White potatoes, fresh or instant
Milk
Butter
Salt
Sour cream
Bacon bits
6 green onions, chopped
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Prepare potatoes as for "creamed" potatoes. Spread layer of potatoes in buttered baking dish. Spread sour cream over potatoes. Sprinkle bacon bits and green onions over sour cream. Spread remaining potatoes over first layer. Cover with Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until heated through and cheese is melted.
