BAKED POTATO CASSEROLE | |
10 lg. potatoes 1 lb. of bacon 1 qt. sour cream 1 lb. shredded cheese 2 sticks butter 2 bunches green onions Boil potatoes in jackets - cool - peel - slice. Fry bacon - crumble. Layer next 4 ingredients ending with cheese and bacon on top (mixed). Bake at 350 degrees until potatoes are warm. A great dish to make earlier in the day for dinner. Feeds 10 to 12. To make smaller dish, cut ingredients in 1/2. |
